To prevent transit creasing, all retail sheets are packed using our dedicated protective process:

• Soft Paper Inner Wrap: Sheets are rolled with a smooth protective outer layer to safeguard print.
• Gentle Loose Roll: Papers are never coiled tightly, pinched, or banded with rubber.
• Rigid 50mm Postal Tubes: Enclosed within heavy-duty tubes resistant to crushing, bending, and edge dings in postal sorting.

Wholesale orders are suppled flat and carefully wrapped before packing:

• Shipped Completely Flat: Packed without bending or folding in custom oversized formats.
• Full Perimeter Shielding: Internal cushions guard all four corners and sheet edges against drop and transit impact.
• Fully Insured: High-volume consignments include complete transit insurance matched to total wholesale value.

All out wallpapers are a high quality print standard and consistent throughout. Most orders dispatch within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Weekend orders may occasionally extend production slightly.

Trade runs require batch printing, collation, and reinforced flat packing. Trade orders typically depart our Kent studio within 5 working days from invoice clearance.

Tracking schedules are updated automatically once courier collections are logged.

• Retail Deliveries: Dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (typically 2–3 business days from dispatch). Tracking is provided on departure.
• Wholesale & Bulk Shipments: Dispatched via Parcelforce Worldwide or courier equivalent with signed delivery.
• Free Trade Post: The majority of qualified wholesale trade orders receive complimentary UK mainland shipping.

• Carriers: Dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked (retail) or Parcelforce / Global Courier Partners (trade).
• Transit Estimates: Europe is typically 3–7 working days; USA, Canada, and Australia typically 5–10 working days from dispatch.
• Customs & Duties: We produce compliant international customs declarations. Any local import taxes or handling fees imposed upon arrival remain the responsibility of the recipient.

We want you to be delighted with your papers. We accept returns of standard designs within 14 days of delivery provided items meet the following terms:

• Sheets must be in their original, uncut, and unused state.
• Papers that have been pasted, scored, trimmed, or altered are strictly non-refundable.
• Repack in the original rigid tube or box to prevent transit creases on return.
